Diplomų teikimo šventės dieną vidiniame kiemelyje statyti automobilių galimybės nebus.
Gavus diplomus, absolventus prašome grįžti į savo sėdimas vietas, giminėms ir draugams sveikinti absolventus galima tik pasibaigus oficialiai ceremonijai.
Po ceremonijos visus kviečiame pabendrauti, išgerti arbatos ir pasimėgauti šventiniu tortu VU Šiaulių akademijos renovuotų patalpų I a. fojė (P. Višinskio g. 25, Šiauliai). Taip pat ten jūsų lauks speciali erdvė fotografavimuisi ir nuotraukų spausdinimas vietoje.

MANTIJOS
Vilniaus universitete dėvėti mantijas nėra tradicija, tačiau norintiems jas dėvėti – nedraudžiama. Tad jeigu pavieniai studentai, o dar geriau – visa grupė, norėtų pasipuošti mantijomis, gali jas išsinuomoti.
Mantijas galite nuomotis iš įmonės „Mantijų Karalius“. Bendradarbiaujame jau ilgą laiką, todėl ši įmonė gali pasiūlyti geriausias kainas ir VU spalvos (bordo) šalikėlius.

Užsakytas mantijas rasite renovuotose patalpose, P. Višinskio g. 25, 107 auditorijoje.
Už mantijų rezervavimą yra atsakingi patys studentai, VU Šiaulių akademija tik perduoda informaciją ir suteikia patalpas, iš kurių galėsite jas pasiimti ir persirengti. Studentai gali rezervuoti mantijas tik sau arba visai grupei. Mantijų skaičių bus galima koreguoti (jei paaiškės, kad studentas šventėje nebedalyvaus). Studentai gali mantijas užsisakyti, o persigalvojus, vėliau atsisakyti. Finansiškai jokių įsipareigojimų nėra.
KEPURĖLĖS
VU Šiaulių akademijos pozicija tokia, kad studentai šventėje nesideda juodų, įprastai į komplektaciją įeinančių mantijų kepurėlių. Vilniaus universitetas turi gilią tradiciją dėvėti firmines VILNIAUS UNIVERSITETO KEPURĖLES. Jas užsisakyti galima iš čia: https://www.vu.lt/parduotuve/VU-Studentiska-kepurele. Jei nuspręsite, kad VU kepurėlių nenorite, tuomet mantijas dėvėkite be jokių kitų kepurėlių.
Kiekviena grupė nusprendžia tarpusavyje, kas atsakingas už norinčių dėvėti mantijas skaičių ir susisiekti su įmonės atstove. Primename, jei nepavyksta susitarti grupėje, galite rezervuoti mantiją tik sau.
Maloniai prašome laikytis nustatytos tvarkos ir atsižvelgti į VU Šiaulių akademijos administracijos darbuotojų, palaikančių tvarką renginio metu, prašymus.

We would like to invite you to the graduation ceremony, which will take place on 21 June 2024 at 10 am. The graduation ceremony will be held at VU Šiauliai Academy inner courtyard (84 Vytauto St).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THOSE PLANNING TO ATTEND
There will be no parking in the inner courtyard on the day of the graduation ceremony.
Graduates are requested to return to their seats after receiving their diplomas. Family and friends may congratulate graduates only after the official ceremony.
After the ceremony, everyone is invited to socialise in the 1st floor foyer of VU Šiauliai Academy renovated building (25 P. Višinskio St), to have tea and a celebratory cake. There will also be a special area for taking photos and printing your photos on the spot.
Information about dressing for the event
GRADUATION GOWNS
Wearing gowns is not a tradition at Vilnius University, but it is not forbidden for those who wish to wear them. Therefore, if individual students or even better a whole group want to wear gowns, they can rent them.
You can rent a gown from a company called "Mantijų karalius". We have been working with them for a number of years, they offer the best prices and have the VU colour scarves (burgundy).

Auditorium No. 107 (renovated building, 25 P. Višinskio St) will be available for picking up and changing graduation gowns.
It is the responsibility of the students to reserve the gowns, VU Šiauliai Academy will only pass on the information and provide a room where the gowns can be collected and changed. Students can reserve gowns for themselves or for the whole group. The number of gowns is subject to adjustment (if a student does not attend the event). Students can book the gowns and then cancel if they change their mind. There is no financial commitment.
GRADUATION CAPS
It is the policy of VU Šiauliai Academy that students do not wear graduation caps, which are normally included in the graduation gown. Vilnius University has a long tradition of wearing VILNIUS UNIVERSITY branded caps. These can be ordered from https://www.vu.lt/parduotuve/VU-Studentiska-kepurele. If you choose not to wear VU caps, the gowns will be worn without any other caps.
Each group will decide amongst themselves who is responsible for the number of gowns they wish to wear and who will contact the company representative. Please note that if the group cannot agree, you can reserve one for yourself.
We kindly ask you to follow the established procedure and to respect the requests of the administrative staff of VU Šiauliai Academy, who will maintain order during the event.
