REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS

Regular registration (11 April – 30 April, 2022): Regular registration form.


Your participation in the Congress will only be confirmed upon payment of the Congress fee in advance.

The Congress fee must be paid within 5 working days after registration (pre-invoices will be issued and sent by e-mail only to participants who request them on the registration form).

To register:

  • fill in the registration form;
  • pay the congress fee by separate bank transfer (see table registration fee) by March 31st.

REFUND AND / OR CHANGES OF THE PARTICIPANTS’ FEE

The Congress organizer must be notified in writing by e-mail () about the cancellation of registration.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • until 31st March, 2022: full refund minus € 5 administration fee;
  • from 1st April, 2022 until 30th April, 2022: 50% cancellation fee applies;
  • from 1st May, 2022: no refunds;
  • there is no refund for non-participation in the Congress on the Zoom platform.

Only one change is accepted free of charge per registration (change of Congress participant, invoice, etc.). The change of the name and surname of the Congress participant is possible at least 5 working days before the official date of the Congress.

All invoices (for the paid registration fee) and Certificates confirming the participation in the Congress will be sent to all participants of the Congress by e-mail address specified in the registration form only after the end of Congress.

All refunds will be processed only after the end of the Congress.
